Welcome to Bean & Bind! Every piece you see here is lovingly designed and packed with care. Because many of our creations are handmade or printed in small batches, tiny variations in color, texture, or shape may happen — especially with paper-based products. That’s what makes them unique!
Please note, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are prepaid to ensure a smooth and safe process for everyone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Each order is made and packed just for you, so we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order has been placed.
If your order ever reaches you in less-than-perfect condition, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Just send us a clear unboxing video (from sealed package to opening) so we can understand what happened and assist you better. We also record every package before dispatch for your peace of mind.
We’re always happy to cooperate in genuine situations — simply reach out to beanandbind@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We won't be able to help post that.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Once your package is ready, it’s handed over to our trusted third-party delivery partners. While we can’t control shipping timelines once it’s out for delivery, we’ll always share your tracking details so you can follow your cozy parcel’s journey home.
Please remember: paper-based products may slightly bend or change shape during transit — it’s natural and doesn’t affect their quality. Every order is packed with care and love before it leaves our studio.
